Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Championship *****
Randy Orton vs. Triple H

This has to be one of my most favourite top 10 favourite Last Man Standing Match in WWE history. I really enjoyed this third WWE Championship match between Randy Orton and Triple H. This match had a little bit of everything including steel chair's, announce tables and steel steps. This marks in my opinion Randy Orton and Triple H's best match of their rivalry and this match was way better than their matches at WrestleMania 25, Judgement Day and the Bash.

Punjabi Prison Match for the World Heavyweight Title ***
Batista vs. The Great Khali

Due to be introduced to a Punjabi Prison Match at the Great American Bash 06, i have to say this match was pure Khali. The Great Khali totally dominated most of this match when he was destroying Batista with everything that the Punjabi Prison had to offer. The ending to the match was entertaining as i was thinking to myself who is going to win this and Batista did it and he retained the WHC Title.

Women's Championship Match ***
Beth Phoenix vs. Candice Michelle

An average divas match that features the debut of the Glamazon Beth Phoenix who walked out of No Mercy the new Womens champion

WWE Championship Match ***
Triple H vs. Umaga

Perhaps not my favourite WWE Championship Match but overall it was watchable as Mr McMahon pointed out that the Triple H vs Umaga Match was going to take place but it was Triple H's WWE Championship. Umaga really dominated this match with his vicious moves as he was showing his determination to be the next WWE Champion. Umaga did the ring post with his head and Triple H hitting the pedigree so he could pick up the win and retain his WWE Championship.

Finlay vs. Rey Mysterio **

This match was ok i guess but not really a match to remember as these were the days when Finlay was the bad guy. We all thought that Finlay was knocked completely out by one of Rey's moves. Turns out that Finlay faked this so that he could punish Rey Rey by doing all sorts of bad things to him.

ECW Championship Match *
CM Punk vs. Big Daddy V (w/Matt Striker)

The worst match of the night as CM Punk was defending the ECW Championship against Big Daddy V who was accompanied by Matt Striker. This match had a little bit of a good start but when Matt Striker got involved, the match was ruined and the referee had to ring the bell. The one thing i hated about this match was that Big Daddy V took his frustration out on Punk who was destroyed by the Big Daddy V.

Mr. Kennedy, Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch vs. Jeff Hardy, Paul London and Brian Kendrick ***

A not so good tag match really but again watchable as it felt like a match that was not really needed and it was a match that we see on Monday Night RAW with the superstars that were in it.

WWE Championship Match ****
Triple H vs. Randy Orton

This first WWE Championship match got off to a really great start, prior to Randy Orton awarded the vacant WWE Championship, Triple H had to offer the first challenge. This match is my second favourite of this event as both Randy Orton and Triple H were performing back and forth moves to one another and the biggest shock of all was that Triple H won the WWE Championship, with Randy Orton shocked that he just lost the big one.

I have to say that this PPV had its fair amount of good and bad matches but overall this PPV will be remembered for the three WWE Championship Matches that took place which included the Last Man Standing Match and Vince McMahon should be congratulated for what he put into this PPV. He did two things that were true, "history will be made" "I give the fans what they want".

The best ppv of 2007 along with ROYAL RUMBLE, NO WAY OUT, SUMMERSLAM & NO MERCY!

One of the best last man standing match of orton vs triple h for the WWE Championship because John Cena had to surrender the WWE Championship due to injury

No Mercy from Chicago is one of the 4 best events of 2007 so far in the history of the WWE calendar

I will give this spectacular event 100% No Mercy style

WWE No Mercy is the first WWE PPV of October, and as John Cena had to relinquish his WWE Championship after an injury on the previous Raw, Mr. McMahon said there would be history made at No Mercy. Batista must defend his World Heavyweight Championship against The Great Khali in the Punjabi Nightmare's home, the Punjabi Prison. And Triple H must battle Mr. McMahon's bodyguard Umaga. Which WWE superstars will show their enemies No Mercy?

1. WWE Championship: Triple H def. Randy Orton - 7/10

After Mr. McMahon awards the WWE Championship to Randy Orton, he was told he must defend it, and Triple H wanted to be that opponent and provoked Mr. McMahon to give him that, which he did. This was an okay contest with a few back and forth advantage swings, but a Pedigree from Triple H earned The Game his 6th WWE Championship.

2. Lande Cade, Mr. Kennedy & Trevor Murdoch def. Brian Kendrick, Jeff Hardy & Paul London - 6/10

After 5 of these men met on the Raw previous to the event, Cade & Murdoch chose a different partner in Mr. Kennedy who proved to be the right choice as he capitalized on errors from Kendrick and London to score the victory for his team.

3. ECW Championship: CM Punk def. Big Daddy V w/ Matt Striker via DQ - 3/10

This match was poor from the beginning and Punk tried to make it look good but Striker interfered to cause the disqualification and then Big Daddy V destroyed the Straightedge superstar in front of his home city.

4. WWE Championship: Triple H def. Umaga - 6/10

Mr. McMahon didn't like the fact Triple H won the WWE Championship so he made his match with Umaga for the title. Umaga dominated but a mistake running into the turnbuckle allowed The Game to hit a Pedigree and retain his title.

5. Finlay vs. Rey Mysterio ended in No Contest - 6/10

This match was pretty good and both superstars had good spots but Mysterio made Finlay fall out the ring hard on his head which caused the referee to end the contest, but Finlay was faking his injury and was stretchered out, and as Mysterio was feeling bad about what happened the Irishman attacked him from behind and beat him down before leaving.

6. WWE Women's Championship: Beth Phoenix def. Candice Michelle (c) - 5/10

This match was Beth being dominant from the start and the match ended after a suplex from Phoenix scored her the victory and it was the Glamazon's first WWE Women's Championship.

7. World Heavyweight Championship: Punjabi Prison Match - Batista (c) def. The Great Khali w/ Ronjin Singh - 7/10

This match isn't one of my favourites but these giants went ahead and after a couple of chances to leave the first cage failed, The Great Khali finally got out of the last door, meaning Batista must climb the structure. Khlai was climbing the second cage and on the way to victory as Batista was at the top of the first cage, and then jumped to the top of the 2nd cage and beat Khali to the bottom and thus retaining the World Heavyweight Championship.

8. WWE Championship: Last Man Standing Match - Randy Orton def. Triple H (c) - 8/10

Randy Orton was scheduled to face John Cena for the WWE Championship in a Last Man Standing match so Mr. McMahon made sure Cena's injury didn't prevent the match from happening. Triple H was beaten up from his previous 2 matches and Orton took advantage with both superstars getting close 10 counts. But an RKO to Triple H on the announce table, much like the one to John Cena on Raw made the referee count to 10 and Randy Orton made WWE history be winning the WWE Championship tiwce in 1 night. The Age of Orton had just begun!

The PPV was one of the highlights of 2007, and the championship matches made it a good spectacle, the opening segment was good to see.

Overall rating - 8/10
