an awesome dvd. interesting documentary, nothing really that hasn't been explained or told before but mick foley is one of those characters with a colourful and interesting life and career. the match choices are top notch, this 3 disc one is definitely worth getting, if only because even though his heyday was the 1990s, he has had some exceptional matches on ppv in his sporadic appearances i.e. orton 2004

A Brilliant DVD!

If you are a fan of Mick Foley or a fan of hardcore matches, this collection is essential.
The first two Discs are hosted by Foley himself, adding more infomation to some matches
and some humour.

The First Disc contains some of his best matches from his WCW and ECW days, and a match from Smokey Mountain Wrestling.
This is the weaker of the three discs in my opinion, One or two matches are a bit dull in places
but that is because most of the other matches have so much action.
The match against Vader is good, you can hear Micks nose breaking and is a good way to start the DVD.
The ECW matches are good to, the tag match being good. Tommy Dreamer uses a VCR on Ravens head and Terry Funk throws a chair right into Ravens face, nobody throws a chair like Terry Funk!
The Extras on this DVD are plentiful and interesting, the matches are interesting, but it is
understandable why they are the extras and not featured on the main disc.

Disc Two is probably my favourite of the Three Discs.
It is the part of Foleys career that he will probably be remembered for, and damn right to!
Cactus jack vs HHH on Raw is a classic, as is the other Match they have at the Royal Rumble,
Mankind vs The Rock contains one of the biggest pops i have heard in wrestling and the other
matches on the Disc are pretty good to.
Unfortunately, the Extras on this Disc contain no extra matches, but they contain some good promos, the videos of Mick and Al Snow are hillarious and the early mankind promos are entertaining.

The Third Disc, makes the DVD alot more worth it.
Even though it only has four matches on it, 3 of them are classics. The I Quit match was good
but not as good as the other matches. What is even better about this Disc is that Mick Foley
and Joey Styles are doing the commentary on it (you can still listen to the original commentary).
The commentary is informative, interesting and pretty funny. The matches are good, but the added commentary is the icing on the cake.

Overall, this DVD is a must for Foley fans, not all of the matches on the set are good, but it
is only three or four that are missable, The original Two Disc set would be more suited to
people who prefer older wrestling, which the first disc is made of. But the added third disc is worth the larger price. This DVD is very, very good, one of my favourites and for any fan of Foleys or of hardcore wrestling this definatley worth the price!

FOLY VS VADER - FROM WCW IN 93 IS A MUST SEE, WHEN I WAS BRORDCAST ON WCW TV IT WAS EDITED LIKE CRAZY COS IT WAS WAS SO BLOODY - HERE ON THIS DVD ITS UNCUT !

THIS HAS A VERY RARE WWF MATCH FROM 1986 WITH AN UNKOWN VERY YOUNG FOLY, FOLYS TV DEBUT IN A TAG MATCH FOLY AND A WRESTLER CALLED LES THORNTON VS THE BRITISH BALLDOGS TWO LEGENDS IN WRESTLING

BUY IT !!!
