One of the better Tagged Classic doubles out there. SS 1999 sees the debut of Kurt Angle; 3 traditional Survivor Series matches, and the shocker of seeing Steve Austin run down by a car! Grandmaster Sexy does an awesome powerbomb to the canvass in their match. The event itself is worth re-watching in the attitude era.

SS 2000 is quality for the Kurt Angle title match with Taker, that sees Angles brother in disguise get involved to help Angle retain. Also the highlight of the HHH/Austin match which sees HHH get dropped in the car. It was awesome seeing it Live on PPV at the time.

Fantastic Double DVD!!!

I've seen both of these before they're fairly good. I like the idea of bringing back the old classics, thats why i think survivor series 2001 should be brought back because that was a good one aswell. I would buy survivor series 2001 if it was brought back. Anyone who wants to buy this one except me because i already have them, go ahead and buy them because they are ones to buy. But bring back survivor series 2001 back because i never got around to getting that one so bring it back.

quite a good dvd probably worth buying

survivor series 1999 was alright average at most
the triple threat match was the only good solid match
the rest of the card wasnt really that great

survivor series 2000 was great
it had 2 good traditional survivor series matches
a good match between rock and rikishi
chris jericho and kane had a good match
the wwe title match was great especially the ending
and finally a brutal fight between austin and hhh

i would pick this dvd up alone for just the 2000 edition
and theolny for the triple threat match at 1999

This classic set of Survivor Series is well worth the asking price for the 2000 edition alone. The 2000 WWE Survivor Serieswas brilliant. It had the culmination of an epic feud between Triple H and Stone Cold in the hillacious No Disqualification outing which had a very shocking ending. Plus a good match between The Undertaker and Kurt Angle for The WWE Championship. I wasnt so sure about Takers pants in this one though. The Rock and Rikishi also settled a score which was born from Steve Austin getting ran down at the previous years Survivor Series 1999. The 1999 Survivor Series is not without its own attributes though. This year saw the debut of Kurt Angle against Shwan Stasiak and The Rock vs The Big Show vs Triple H for the WWE Championship. Quite an exciting Triple Threat match in my opinion. In closing this Dvd is definitley worth the price. A must for any WWE DVD Collector.

This is an awesome event. I got it for Christmas and it does not disappoint. Survivor Series 1999 is a good event that is most likely remembered for Stone Cold getting hit by a car. However this event is overshadowed by Survivor Series 2000. I was looking forward to watching this event as 2000 was the first PPV I ever saw so to look back and feel nostalgic was awesome. Austin/HHH was excellent and the finish had me wondering if HHH was alive after that fall! Overall this is an excellent Tagged Classics and if there's any Tagged Classics to get, this should be first (next to Royal Rumble 1999 and 2000).

Survivor Series is great for it's 8-man elmination tag team matches, they are very entertaining and unpredictable to watch. These two events were pretty average with some standout moments, but the DVD still gets a 5-star rating just for the excellent value for money.

Survivor Series 1999 is famous for Stone Cold Steve Austin getting run over by a mystery driver in the parking lot. That put him out for nearly a year and funnily enough the storyline concluded at the following Survivor Series 2000 which is also included here. It turned out that the driver was Rikishi was was helped by HHH. Stone Cold already punished Rikishi at No Mercy 2000 so when he found out HHH was also involved, he was next on Austin's list. Rikishi claimed that he drove over Austin to take him out of the game so that he and The Rock would get better opportunities (Rikishi and The Rock are both of samoan heritage and Rikishi felt that him and Rock were being held down below guys like Austin because of this). The Rock took exception to this nonsense and vowed to take revenge on Rikishi for disgracing their people with his actions. This was a great return for Stone Cold and the finish to his match with HHH was awesome!

There isn't much else on both cards to write home about, but the Intercontinental title match between Chyna and Jericho was surprisingly very good and the Survivor Series matches featuring the Hardy Boyz and Edge & Christian were also very good. I would say though just to buy this for the main events of both events because they are definately worth watching.
