i give the dvd a 9.5/10 because there is always on the two sides with elimination chambre in but the matches are reat and the intervieuws also so it is a must buy for everything

Amazing DVD that you should buy. First of all this is a better DVD than any Wrestlemania in history.The best match is john Cena vs Carlito vs Chris Masters vs Kurt Angle vs Shawn Michaels vs Kane at New year's Revolution 2006 for the WWE championship. John Cena won the match but then Edge cashed in his money in the bank and became the WWE champion. that match is the first on disc 2.

This 3 disk dvd set includes 11 classic matches and has 8 hrs and 29 minutes of brutal and bloody matches.From 2002 to 2010 wow man it was brilliant I could not blink.Featuring superstars like Triple H,John Cena,the undertaker,Shawn Michaels,Chris Jericho,Edge,Kane,Randy Orton,Rey Mysterio,Batista and more.This dvd has some non stop action moments. This is truly the hardest match any man could ever create 32 feet wide and weighs 16 tons.who would dare enter any steel thing like that but the wwe superstares.Any way a great dvd and I enjoyed every single moment of it. If your a wwe fan you have got to buy this wwe dvd!

Right I have just finished watching the elimination chamber anthology, Iron Will. That match is one of many that hasn't benefited from WWE's move toward the PG rating. That first one was so bloody and violent, and with one botch that could have legitimately put HHH out for good (with nowhere to go but his office in Stamford Connecticut) that it scarcely resembles some of the later matches in the set, especially when it gets onto the No Way Out tradition era where the Chamber is seemingly reduced to an almost by the numbers formality rather than the true attraction it is at the start of the set when it was barely ever booked, rather than having two guaranteed for one night of the year.

Also, as is common with most of the other specialty match box sets, something is lost when the commentators announce the awe they hold for it, for them it has been sometime between matches, but for the audience, it has been however long it takes for Josh Matthews to do a 'funny'segue and constantly repeat the same lines ('32 ft. across, 2 miles of chain'). Also it is slightly hampered by the over reliance on the 'glass' in the pods being constantly billed as unbreakable. Fair enough in the first match or two, but after hearing it time and again and seeing superstars through it as often, it does get old.

And for a wrestling fan to get tired of repetition, it does show that something is amiss.

But, overall, I enjoyed the set, and oerhaps if taken in only moderate doses rather than the binge I did, it can be enjoyed on so many levels.

I would rate this 3.5 stars maybe 4 if pushed for this set. The early matches have aborder on each side that cuts the screen in half and is quite annoying but the newer matches look really good. Now to te matches.

Survivor Series 2002

HHH vs Booker T vs RVD vs Shawn Michaels vs Kane vs Chris Jericho

I think the first match was the best ever elimination chamber. It has the perfect ammount of drama with the shawn michaels comback still going on but every guy in the chamber was of main event quality so no fodder in there just to kill 5 minutes. Some great spots in this match (like the frog splash off the top of the chamber but RVD on HHH (a spot that crushed HHH's thoat for real) just a great match to introduce a new match into the WWE. ****

Summerslam 2003

HHH vs Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho vs Goldberg vs Randy Orton vs Kevin Nash

A really good match that made Goldberg look like a monster and the crowd was really on his side. HHH was hurt going into this match (wich is why he wore this weird shorts and didn;t 7really do much). This was also Kevin Nash's last match in the WWE for 7 and a half years and the match was a lot more violent then the last one. Not as much emotion in this one like the last and not as good in terms of wrestling. ***1/4

New Years Revolution 2005

HHH vs Chris Benoit vs Chris Jericho vs Randy Orton vs Batista vs Edge

This was also a good match and in terms of wrstling an improvement on the Summerslam match. It is rare to find a Benoit match on these new dvd sets and he had a great spot in this match where he did the flying headbut off the top of the chamber. A funny spot was where HHH was in a submission hold and Batista could not get out of his chamber to save him. All in all a match with a lot of action and big stars again. No as good as the first chamber but better then te second. ***1/2

New Years Revolution 2006

John Cena vs Kurt Angle vs Kane vs Shawn Michaels vs Carlito vs Chris Masters

This is where the matches started to take a dip in quality. It stopped being a match filled with only main eventers inster with a couple of micarders who didn't belong in there. Angle and Michaels tried to carry the match but it hurt the match when they and Kanegot eliminated and i wasleft with Cena vs 2 midcarders and everyone knew Cena would win. What happened after the match was great (Edge cashed in the first ever money in the bank). **3/4

ECW December to Dismember

Big Show vs Test vs RVD vs CM Punk vs Hardcore Holly vs Bobby Lashley

Even the added gimmick of weapons in this match could not save it. This is tied for worst ever Chamber match. A load of Midcard tallent with RVD and a unmotivatid Big Show let to really bad match. CM Punk was not over enough yet to be taken as a serious threat (crowd loved him). Holly was way past his prime and Test was so juiced up that it made him slow. Lashley was over for what little talent he had and Big Show was on his way out and as I said before looked really fat. **

No Way Out 2008 Smackdown

Undertaker vs Batista vs MVP vs Khali vs Big Daddy V vs Finlay

This is the other poor elimination chamber match. 2 Main Eventers and 4 upper midcard talent but not just any talent the legend that is Big Daddy V and the icon Khali. It was slow it was boring and thank god there was another Chamber Match on this card because it was a lot better. **

No Way Out 2008 Raw

HHH vs Shawn Michaels vs Jeff Hardy vs Chris Jericho vs Umaga vs JBL

This match restored my faith in the elimination chamber match. Each peformer stepped up and showed what makes a good chamber match. This was the start of Jeff Hardys main event push and JBL and HBK were comming off a big fued. Umaga was starting to get watered down a bit but this match was filled with drama good wrestling and big spots. ***1/4

No Way Out 2009 Smackdown

Edge vs HHH vs Undertaker vs Jeff Hrdy vs Undertaker vs Vladimir vs Big Show

This match was quite good not great. A huge moment in the first 5 minutes came when the champion Edge got pinned by Jeff Hardy. It added to the excitement that we knew a new champion would be crowned in this match. Again Jeff Hardy looked a star in this match but it came down to Taker and HHH with HHH winning. ***

No Way Out 2009 Raw

Cena vs Mysterio vs Kane vs Knox vs Jericho vs Edge (took out Kofi before the match)

The match started off big with Edge entering by taking out Kofi and the action was good. A cool spot came when everyone ganged up on Cena and everyone used their finisher to eliminate him from the match. Rey was flying all over the place adding the wow factor this match needed with people like Mike Knox inthe match. Another solid hamber match Good but not great. ***

Elimintion Chamber PPV 2010 Raw

Sheamus vs HHH vs Cena vs Orton vs Dibiase vs Kofi

This match was quite average with Orton and Dibiase domination a big portion of the match and it was quite dull untill Cena came out. Cena and HHH felt like a big moment when they came face to face but other areas of the match were boring but not as bad as the ECW chamber because of the big names in there. I was expecting big things from Kofi but he didn't step up. **1/2

Elimination Chamber 2010 Smackdown

Undertaker vs. Chris Jericho vs. John Morrison vs. R-Truth vs. CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio

A good chamber match with a lot of action and a star perfomance from John Morrison. He took some big bumps and did some huge spots something the last few chamber matches missed and kept the match interesting. The finish wa great with HBK comming out and costing Taker the match and CM Punk was great at filling the dead spots with some solid mic work. All in all the best chamber match for a while and one that makes me have high hopes for the future of this match. ***1/2

As you would expect from this dvd some good matches some ok matches and some bad it doesn't help that Todd Grishem host this and his corny jokes and lack of emotion spoil it a bit. It would have ben nice to have a few more in depth interviews on the dvd. Im sure HHH has a lot to say what with the throat injurt and the injury that he went in with in the 2003 chamber match also HBK's thoughts on winning his last world title but it's cool for wat it is and this is one of my favourate matches in the WWE right now (apart from the Championship Scramble match) and a good buy inthe sale at the moment for ?11

I LOVE this DVD. Simply because it's one, if not thee most exciting matches in the WWE. Elimination Chambers started in 2002 at Survivor Series, and we see every moment from beginning to end. As you start disc 1 we see Eric Bischoff running his mouth off at Survivor Series 2002 and at the end of disc 3 we see the latest Elimination Chamber match.

If you are a fan of Hell In A Cell matches, even Ladder matches, matches that aren't one on one pinfall or submission to win with no extra rules then you will LOVE this DVD.

A definite must buy, fans old and new will enjoy this. This DVD will keep you thoroughly entertained.

Well , when i first found out about this dvd, i wasnt going to buy it but then i saw some reviews from the us i decided why not. lets see the pros and cons of this set!

Pros:

Every single elimination chamber match to date
plenty of great bouts to keep you entertained
features most of the greatest stars ever

Cons:
the side bars that say elimination chamber
the interviews are quite boring
the intro by todd grisham and promos in between by him

as you can see this set has a bunch of great bouts and is a great add for your collection. well worth the 17.99 !

Each match has these considerable bars at the side saying "Elimination chamber" cutting the screen size down. its pathetic. we know what dvd we bought wwe.

Heres a thought: What would you all think of a best of Iron Man Matches DVD?
HBK vs Hart, Angle vs Lesnar, Cena vs Orton, and more.
Thats really the DVD you should call Iron Will.

This DVD contain all the elimonation Chamber matches in the past decade.

This will be equally violent to Hell in a Cell.

This DVD is known as Satan's Prison in the USA and It is presented in 16:9 screen format (the same as the recent Ricky Steamboat DVD) so that newer footage displays optimally. This means there are bars at the sides of the screen for the older footage as you will see below but the picture quality of the older footage does benefit as it isn't blockey which in its previous format it was slightly. Every match on this DVD is in its entirety including New Years Revolution 2005 which is good to know so this is another really good release by WWE Home Video and Silvervision. Keep them coming!

amazing dvd!

This looks a very good dvd. The chamber is one of WWE's best speciality matches and this set will showcase that. Also being a Triple H fan this shows him wininng a few of his many titles over his storied career

This match was also great, Goldberg performed 1 of his best Spears in his carrer, he Speared Chris ''Y2J'' Jericho through the chamber pod, Triple H kept his World title, but Goldberg was closing in for the win, but Ric Flair passed a Sledge hammer through the chamber to Triple H and Triple H hit Goldberg with the Sledge hammer when Goldberg was going for the Spear.

This was the debut of New Years Revolution and what better way to debut the new PPV than having an Elimination Chamber match? Shawn Michaels was the special referee in this match, and Edge knew Shawn was gonna ruin Edges chance of winning his 1st ever World Heavyweight title, and how right he was, Edge was shouting at HBK and HBK done a Sweet Chin Music to Edge & Edge got pinned. This match was a really good match, because it had 6 of the toughest superstars, i'm surprised that WWE involved Chris Benoit in this DVD.

This match was alright, the only thing that made the match something to look forward to was because this match had Batista & The Undertaker in it, MVP suffered one of the most best Chockslams, Taker Chockslamed MVP from the top of the chamber pod to the mat.

This match was...................was................was amazing, i mean you have Triple H, Chris ''Y2J'' Jericho, Shawn ''HBK'' Michaels and Jeff Hardy who else do you need in a Chamber match, JBL did a good performance in this match, and so did Umaga (R.I.P). Umaga suffered a combo of 4 moves, 1st it was Sweet Chin Music, he was still standing up, then The CodeBreaker, he's still standing, the how else to get him down than a Pedigree, the Jeff Hardy climbs to the top of the chamber pod and does a Swanton Bomb, then Umaga gets eliminated.

This match had 1 big surprise, Edge got eliminated in the 1st 5 minutes of the match by Jeff Hardy so Jeff got a little rest for about 1 minute or something like that, i was rooting for Jeff to win the title after he lost it a month earlier at the Royal Rumble to Edge because of Matt Hardy, but Jeff couldn't do it. It came down to Triple H & The Undertaker, and Triple H picked up the win. Overall this match was entertaining, and fun to watch.

Before the match even started, the whole WWE UNIVERSE had a shocker (If you dont like spoilers then do NOT read any further) while Kofi Kingston was about to enter the chamber, Edge came out and attacked him, so Edge replaced Kofi. This match was really fun to watch, espicially when Edge came out, i wanted Edge to win the title, and he did, Edge is definatly the ultimate oppotunist he entered No Way Out as WWE champion and left as World Heavyweight champion.

This match was entertaining, but had 1 extreme momen, DiBiase & Orton forced Kofi Kingstons head through the chamber hole (The square gaps around the Chamber). Ted DiBiase screwed Randy Orton, because Cody Rhodes came to the Chamber and called Orton, Orton ignored him so Cody tried to chuck a steel pipe trough the chamber to Orton, but DiBiase got the pipe and was suppose to hit John Cena because Cena had Orton in the Attitude Adjustment but Cena turned round making DiBiase to hit Orton, DiBiase then hit Cena, then he pinned Orton, and as you most probably know, Orton was not happy, Cody was shocked and regreting what he done. The match came down to Cena and Trple H, Cena made Triple H for the 1st time since WrestleMania 22.

The thing that made this match exciting was because we had Chris ''Y2J'' Jericho, John Morrison, and CM Punk in it. Morrison & R-Truth made their Elimination Chamber debut and impressed me. The match came down to Undertaker & Chris Jericho, & HBK came from the floor and Sweet Chin Musiced Taker, and watched while Y2J pinned The Undertaker 1.2.3.

Who will we have next?
The next Elimination Chamber match is most probably gonna be at Elimination Chamber 2011, or if they change the name it will most probably be then. But dont worry when we will have a new Elimination Chamber match the question is, who will we have?

anyway i think its too soon for this set, besides disc 3 is just the matches from the 2010 elimination chamber dvd so its a bit of a ripoff.
ill buy it though just for the collection but i have all the ppvs already.
