its only when you take a step back that you can appreciate how much can happen in a year. another great compilation set with some awesome raw moments (including the santino marella and DX stuff, which was superb) and some very good matches. The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels exchanges are reminders of why these two are the legends that they are, the huge triple threat tag match from MSG is a great match and the big tag following Mania 25 is worth the watch. all in all 2009 wasnt a bad year at all when you look back at it.

AMAZING! This DVD is a really good set in my opinion, but it was abit boring because it was all recent, but I would reccomend this to any WWE fan who loves classic moments, I love this DVD set, the artwork is amazing and it has some really funny bits of the comedian Santino Marrella and guest hosts.

I liked most of the matches, but there are too many lame and way too long segments. If this had been matches only, I would have loved it. So my wish for Best of Raw 2010, if they do that next year, is that they give us matches only.

All i can say is it was amazing Best Of Raw 09 is the best

A great set by silvervision, many many great moments and matches. Lots of Orton in here so if you dislike the guy do not buy this however this has some 10/10 moments and for 17.99 is a bargain so get this now you wont regret it. i didnt

I was excited for this DVD to arrive and what better timing it's release co-inciding with Easter weekend

If you are a fan who has access to satellite television then you have probably seen what is on offer here so I would reccommend to either fans who don't see Raw on a weekly or regular basis or fans who just love a collection of good matches

The Highs

Anything involving Shawn Michaels fresh off WrestleMania it's leaving me a little nostalgic and sentimental watching him and he has great chemistry with John Cena as evidenced in their Jan 12 match, the comedy of DX reuniting and the Triple Threat Tag Team Match from MSG vs Jerishow & Taker/Cena

Great matches such as the WrestleMania 10 man All Star Showcase, Randy Orton vs Ted Dibiase, John Cena vs Chris Jericho (London) & CM Punk (Thanksgiving)

Also great angles such as Randy Orton punting Vince & the RKO to Stephanie in the build up to WrestleMania

The Lows

Again if you don't see Raw on a regular basis it doesn't really build up each promo or match even just an introduction or a video package to keep new viewers abreast of the storylines or the case of either The Miz vs Cena angle a 2 min video simply isn't enough this was the beginning of The Miz carving out a sucessful solo career or Million $ Man hosting Raw and the show long storyline in which built up to the Ted Dibiase vs Randy Orton match and showed that Ted was a future prospect i'm disappointed this wasn't heavily featured here.

I believe this DVD wasn't for the wrestling fan otherwise more production would have been put into it but instead to supplement the income of the guest hosts we know & love each week

Have to say overall this looks like a good dvd. Wudnt have thot a dvd of raw highlights from the last year would be very good but this looks like a good collection of stuff. I was even there for one of those moments (the ten man allstar wrestlemania showcase) so this makes it a must buy for me. But there a lot of good matches (Orton vs. Dibiase, Kingston vs. MVP, Regal vs. Punk, Orton vs. HHH) and moments (Orton punts Vince, Orton RKOs Stephanie, Kingston attacks Orton in MSG), plus highlights of the guest hosts. Looking back at 2009 though there a 2 big moments that arent on here which is the reason this dvd doesnt get 5 stars - the angle where Orton DDT'd and kissed stephanie infront of HHH, and the Miz capturing the US title from Kofi. Overall though a great lookin dvd.

Looks good! I'll buy it when available in stock, 2009 had some good moments so this is a good purchase for me and all wwe fans!
