Hulk Hogan is arguably the most charismatic wrestler ever! But definitely NOT THE BEST wrestler in terms of skills and in ring perfomances, actually i think he is overrated, the greatest wrestlers ever are:Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker!Though i admit that Hogan played an important role in professional wrestling mainly in the 80?s!

Hulk Hogan is wrestling. More than 20 years ago he and Mc Mahon built that financial empire which today is known with the name WWE but before Hulkamania ran wild it was simply a famous wrestling federation. With Hogan WWE's incomes increased and around him many other superstars ran up. No doubt that Bret Hart, HBK, Kurt Angle, Jericho or many others have a higher technical skill than the Immortal but Hogan has an incredible charisma and the power to charge up the arenas. Not even his technical level is so low (watch his matches with Macho Man or Bret Hart). The Rock and Stone Cold are charismatic wrestler too but Hogan is special, he has something magic. It would be interesting a match with the Rattlesnake. Yes, Hogan is the best.

Yes this is correct. Hulk Hogan is the best ever, the best ever at not passing the torch to younger talent.
Don't get me wrong I enjoyed his stuff back in the day but a wrestler has a life-span and he needed to be putting other guys over when he was getting stale(92,93).
The only thing I can say in his favour is that he did try and pass on the torch to Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania 6 and we all knew what happend next.
I think what the Undertaker does is correct in the business, yes hes been around in WWF since 1991 but his title runs are spread out, he has put all the guys over when they are ready, Austin, Rock, Lesnar, Batista, Kurt Angle, HBK etc and he is still populour as hell.
I am a wrestling fan and not a Hogan basher(I own all his DVD's), I enjoy watching the old WWF and new WWE stuff to see how wrestling has evolved over the years.
I'm just glad to have seen Steve Austins ECW promo's on Hulk Hogan, Thats the thoughts of a midcarder that was held back by the old guys not wanting to "lose there spot" who knows how many other possible "Steve Austins" were held back by Hogan.
